10 Top tips for lockdown
As we near the final push of lockdown 2.0, it's time to remind ourselves of some top tips to get us through
- Find a routine that works for you
- Get outside - even if it’s just to breathe for 5 minutes
- Exercise - even just a walk around the garden
- Call a friend or relative each day
- Take a break from it all - meditation, social media break, or a simple breathing exercise.
- Limit your news watching - especially before bed
- Write down 3 things you are grateful for
- Don’t beat yourself up if you feel down. It is ok to not feel ok
- Whilst remote working - put boundaries in place. Differentiate work and home life.
- Remember, this too shall pass
