Mosaic remains open and is operating with COVID secure guidelines in place.

The COVID-19 guidelines will be the central point for members and guests to work towards to keep themselves safe as well as other members within Mosaic Digital Hub.

Our guidelines are based on government advice and updated regularly and are under constant review. Our procedures are based on the advice published in the Governments "Working Safely During COVID-19 in Offices and Contact Centres".

Our procedures include but are not limited to; limited memberships to ensure social distancing is always adhered to but still chance for collaborations. Fob access only to monitor footfall in Mosaic and to ensure the safety of our members. All touchpoints, meeting rooms, and communal areas are all regularly cleaned.  The kitchen is limited to one person at a time(don't worry there's plenty of coffee to go round). All members and guests are provided with the COVID secure guidelines which we update in line with the government's advice.

Not everyone can effectively work from home, we understand that. So we have ensured we have COVID secure guidelines in place to ensure that everyone using Mosaic feels safe.

The digital and tech world has been and continues to be an asset in these uncertain times, we are here to support those businesses to continue to grow, collaborate and work in a 'new normal' way.
