Joe Townsley of Noise Academy LTD, who holds an office desk with us at Mosaic Lincoln has won a local Hero award in association with 'The Independent music awards' & 'BBC introducing. The award represents the exceptional work that Joe has done for young people within his community and wider. 

Joe is the managing director of Noise Academy LTD which was set up through the Prince's Trust in 2015. Alongside being a House & Techno DJ himself and running multiple events across the city, Joe's real mission in life is to inspire the younger generation through delivering Music technology workshops in schools in arts like DJing, Music production & Beatboxing. 

Noise Academy has quickly grown to become the biggest agency for freelance tutors who are looking to teach music tech in schools.
