Flexible working has already become extremely important to employees all over the world, and for some, it becomes an expected perk and culture fit for joining a forward-thinking business. 

The thinking behind this for businesses is, if you offer the best working environment and culture for your team, then they will produce the best work when they’re most productive, resulting in high output and greater staff retention.

For a workforce to generate high performance and output, they need to enjoy a balanced life.

Flexible working for many businesses has been a talking point for some time; however, to some companies, they have not known what this could look like and how they can implement it.

UK cities such as London, Manchester and Leeds had already introduced flexible working policies for workforces, following on from America, Sweden and other European cities. 

According to one study published in Business News Daily, remote employees work 1.4 more days per month than their office-based counterparts, resulting in more than three additional weeks of work per year.
